At Kin Ship Goods, we want you to love your apparel as much as we loved making it. If your order isn't quite right, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible, ensuring all tags are intact and the garment is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange once the package arrives at our warehouse.
